Cals are low, but fat and protein are good. See how it works for you. See how much weight you lose in a week or two. If its too much, or you start getting tired, lifts drop like crazy, etc then up the cals.

My maintenace is around 2750-3k btw. I'm trying to semi-crash diet to lose some poundage before I ship for Basic Training in July. I'm 27 pounds above weight restrictions (but below the body fat % limit, gogo outdated standards).

My split is: Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders, Legs. I have PT M/W/F mornings which consists of an hour of Calisthenics (Hand-Clappers, Military Press, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Crunches..etc) and various cardio such as circuit training, sprints, running..etc. I've been cutting since December (225lbs was my weight on December 1st) but I'm looking to kick it up a notch and actually stick with it.
