Okay i usally snack on peanut butter on a bagel PeterPan peanutbutter on a plain bagel is that a good snack to build muscle i eat like 2-3 whole bagels a day covered in peanutbutter.

I just gained like 4 pounds i started Creatine 3 weeks ago and didnt really notice a weight gain could it be a delayed weightgain?
