Heres some updated pics. I posted some pics back in December and October. Please critique and give your .02. I think I've made some progress over the past few months althoughs nothing drastic. I also included a leg shot because I figure some one will ask.

A few more. The quality of the pics turned out pretty bad, sorry. They looked a lot clearer before I uploaded them.

04-14-2006, 09:01 AM

Thanks for the replies. I gained a few pounds. I thought the same thing about the similarities between pics when I looked at the posted pics. I thought I looked bigger before I posted them. I tried eating clean and I put on a few without putting on any fat. I think few pounds that I did gain went to the shoulders (I've been hitting them hard) and prob. the legs.

singular form of biceps is still biceps as the name for the muscle is biceps brachii.

Geat leanness. Nice quads, also.

Definitely pretty ripped still.

Try setting the camera up at a distance next time though. It's hard to get a good idea of what someone looks like from way up close, and almost impossible to tell if there are any improvements.

I would kill for shape in my bis like yours.

Ill try to get some shots from farther away, maybe that will help a little.

Before I really knew what I was doin I hit my Bi's often and hard, thats prob why they are one of the more developed muscles. My Bi's are prob. my strongest point, with chest lagging a little.

You have some great genetics. I would try to bring your chest up, and keep pumping the legs.

I agree. My problem is that schools done In a little over three weeks so I won't belong to a gym. I just have the weights I have in my basement. So working legs wont be easy. Last summer I went the whole summer without working them. I should still be able to work the upper body decent enough with the freeweights I have.

Why don't you sign up for a gym?

04-17-2006, 05:32 AM
Thats a possibilty, its just hard over the summer with work and what not. Plus I'm goin to Spain for 2 weeks over the summer. It looks like thats gonna be 2 weeks without working out at all. I guess its gonna have to be bench dips and push ups for that time.

You're not working for 24 hours are you? Lots of people have jobs dude, doesn't mean they don't go to the gym.

I agree man, I'm just saying if you do manual labor in 95 degree weather its not the easything to bang out some leg presses right after. Even harder still if you wanna go out wit buddies or play a round of golf. I'm not bitching, I know its hard work. But I manage when the equipments at my house, I'm just saying making it to the gym during the summer would be very rough. Its much easier at school where I go to the gym 6 days a week because Im done all my classes in the am and theres nothing else I need to do. Still, I'm sure I'll make it to the gym. Just not like I do at school.

Thanks guys. 3 pounds heavier from this time last week. Looks like the easter grubin helped some.

I've always wondered about my bodyfat %. I'd guess like 7 percent maybe but i could be off. Anyone have any clue based on the pics?

04-22-2006, 12:35 PM
you're very lean. i wouldn't worry about the bf %, definitely well under 10%. start bulking, bro. a little fat gain isn't going to hurt you at all.

04-24-2006, 12:58 PM
Yea I hear ya. Im not overly concerned with a little fat gain, I was just wondering about my bf % out of curiosity.

09-06-2006, 03:54 PM
curious to hear if you kept up with the gym over the summer. make any gains?

09-18-2006, 02:01 PM
I was able to somewhat keep lifting during the summer but not like i wanted. Gettin up at 5 and working outside for 8 hours does take some energy out of you. Besides drinking a few times a week my diet was pretty decent. Now that im back at school im goin to the gym 3-4 times a week again. Don't have any new pics now but will try to get some up next time I'm home.
