Way too much sun yesterday. Nice and red and don't want to move. Going to enjoy my easter, then go on a hard cut to get trim for summer. These will be the beginning pics to compare to in 8 weeks or so.

Good luck with the cut. I'm on one too, so I know what you'll be going through. :) I feel your pain too. I went to a tanning salon and they put me in the strongest bed and I stayed for a full 20 minutes. It's taken two weeks for the burn to go away. Bahahahahaha.

Still improving I see. You look between 15-20% so be careful you don't lose too much muscle in 8 weeks trying to get truly ripped. You have awesome quads, bro

Thanks for the support. Easter was my last binge. At so much crap today. Dozen cookies, cinnamon roll, mashed taters, cheese, olive garden, more cookies.
