I'm 6'3'' at 193 right now. I eat a ton right now but probably still not enough. My trainer tells me i should be taking in about 380 grams of protein a day. Is this how much i should be taking in? Right now i'm probably taking in about 250 grams a day.

I'd say about 250 would be fine, its nearly at 1.5x your weight, without knowing your bf its a little harder to say.

sounds like you are headed in the right direction. I would tell the trainer how about I drop your services to afford the extra 130 grams of protein, lol j/k

I second that motion, as soon as you join WBB trainers suddenly become cardio bunnies with inhouse training.

Lol! I've never had a trainer but being on this forum I really don't feel I need any! Even my form has improved since joining!

I get trainers to sit on top of the leg press machine, its worth it.

Lol! Nice... You'd probably need a few... All the trainers at my university gym look like a good gust of wind would send them flying!

260-300 grams of protein would be optimal :)

Just curious if you have any photos. I'm 6'2almost 6'3 and was hoping to see what size i'd be looking at for 190lbs with low body fat.

i been taking 1g per lb of bodyweight for the past year and it has been enough for me. but then, i started at 25%+ bodyfat and now reduced to 20%-+.
i would say 2g per lb of bodyweight is too much unless your an extreme bodybuilder. but i dont know what your stats are:redface:

260-300 grams of protein would be optimal :)Not needed, not needed, not needed. If you prefer to get your energy needs through protein, sure. But your body isn't going to be using 260-300 grams to build muscle.
