Kosher, free range, "organic"
Now i know this site eats a lotta meat so lets hear about it..lol
What kind do you get?
I sometimes get free range chicken but most my other meat is right out of the store case

*lol* doc.
well i have a upscale farmers market type grocery right nextdoor to the gym. all of there meats are organic, if not free range. so i use them for most of my meat-buyign needs (they ahve a butcher on site, and he hooks me up, so i get it for cheap too)
but if i have to go to a real live supermarket, i look for kosher.

Hrmm.. I buy canned tuna (1 penny per gram of protein).
And frozen chicken... Don't know anything about free range or organic..
chikin--canned or frozen. steak--frozen. That's it.
I get all my beef from the butcher, free range i think, all the choice cut ground sirloin i can afford. Chicken i get frozen.

I get it from the butcher. It's red and bloody and tastes awesome on the Foreman grill. :D
