I'm currently bulking and i need to take in 3500 calories everyday. The problem is that i don't know how to get 3500 calories everyday. Know any foods that are really high in calories?

Eat several small meals a day that end up equaling your goal calories for the day. Take 5-7 small meals of 500-700 calories each. If you go 5 meals a day, then, go 700 calories, because 5 x 700 = 3500.

You can make a protein shake that is about 600 calories, easy:
1 Cup Milk = 100 calories
1 TBS Olive/Grapeseed Oil = 120 calories
1/3 Cup Carnation Instant Breakfast Rich Chocolate = 130 calories
1 Cup Dry Milk = 80 Calories
1 Scoop Whey Protein = 100-150+ calories

And that's just an example. Go ahead and get creative!

Just add that plus a banana, which = 100 calories, and a handful (1/4 cup) of walnuts, which = 200 calories, and you're pretty doggone good to go, my friend! :hello:

a tablespoon of the peanutbutter I eat has 110 calories in it...

You should have no problem taking in 300-1000 calories on a milk/peanutbutter snack alone.
