High-calorie, protein-filled, and tasty. What would it be?

6-8 egg omelet, stuffed with sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses and 8 oz of beef tenderloin with sauteed onions also in there. Wash it down with 2 scoops of nitrean in ~15oz. of skim milk.

protein shake - 1 table spoon of peanut butter 400 ml of milk 3 ice cubes and 4 scoops choc mint protein powder. i really actually like these and they fit into my diet well

Chocolate milk and oreos with a few scoops of protein powdah... or oats and eggwhites, depending on how fat I feel.

2 hash browns
2 slices of toast
Baked beans

Washed down with coffee w/ 1 sugar

I wont lie. That's it. But of course it's on a rare, rare, rare 'occasion'.

Thinly cut Scotch Fillet
4-5 egg whites, 2 yolks
Bowl of cereal
Protein shake from the depths of hell (100g+ Protein)
Carton of Juice.

when i go out for breakfast,i tend to go overboard and eat with my eyes :D

Bowl of Oatmeal
Bowl of Raisin Bran
Cup of 1% Milk

Well....this was my breakfast for dinner last night :thumbup:

6 icecubes (frozen juice)
1 cup of milk
1 banana (sometimes strawberries)
cup of fresh spinach
scoop of whey

Well, today I was stuck for what to have for breakfast(the cereal bar I found didn't fill me up!), so I got a banana, 8oz of milk powder, 1.5 pints of milk, 30 grams of peanut butter, and an oz of banna milkshake pwoder, hurled it all in, mixed it, and it was delicious and filling too.
