View Full Version : How to Know when Metab has Crashed?

Been aiming for 1800-2200 calories a day. I cheat weekly on sunday to re-carb and not feel like a zombie at probably 3k in calories.

Carbs are generally at 120 or lower.

I'm reading a lot that this is "Just too low."

How will I know when i've gone too low on calories?

I feel strong at the gym. I can throw up more weight than ever before. I'm not having any weird symptoms of any sort. I have very regular bowl movements. Almost predictable. 10 or more urinations a day. 3-5 "others" ;-D.

Can anybody offer some feedback / advice?

looks like you've answered your own question. when you don't feel strong in the gym, when you dont throw up more weight, etc. then reevaluate. I'd say your fine.
