This crossfit stuff seems good........what I don't get is what sets it apart from other regimes that mix high intensity cardio with weights and other muscle building activities?

It's more varied and random, uses a lot of movements that most people shy away from, and is concerned with all aspects of fitness instead of just a few.

Hmmm, sounds good. Is it the kind of fitness plan that will make you muscley whilst also being incredibly fit?(ie being able to walk 40 miles and be able to sprint like a mofo).
