Um, cheat days are usually for cutting.

;)

What do your macros work out to for the day to day diet?

And why eat the same thing day in and day out on a bulk? There's a WORLD of delicious food out there!

You would starve to death on 10-20% below YOUR maintenance?
Explain.

I would drop the banana pre-workout

...and the glutamine, but that is a different story.

Your mass diet is almost what I am cutting on....and I am 60 lbs lighter than you.

I'm really curious now. Why do you figure delicious food is particularly fattening?

Oh, and I see you compete! You got some competition pix?

Honestly, the OP doesn't sound like he knows what he is talking about at all. 6'2" 260lb at 10% bf is massive, and to be eating that little does not make any sense. I call BS.

I love everything I eat. If it fits your macros, I don't see what the problem is.

That being said, I can't control my appetite on junk food - it makes me too hungry, and I overeat.

It doesn't have to be all or nothing. There's a happy medium between being a buffet hawg and having orthorexia nervosa.

Here's a simple procedure:

1. Figure out what calories and macros you want for the day.
2. Subtract the calories and macros of the yummy stuff you plan to eat that day
3. Figure out what to eat to provide the rest of the calories and macros

That's kind of simplified, but it's how I manage to eat ice cream, pizza, nuts, etc while losing fat at a decent rate. Fitday makes the calculations trivial. I get a kick out of sitting there and thinking "Well, I got my protien and EFAs covered for the day, with 400 calories left to spend!"

Thank GOD for fitday. I loved eating chocolate all the way through my cut last summer.

I did the math and with that diet you are at roughly 4537 kCalories/day.

I ended my bulk about 4 weeks ago at 6,000 calories.

I am at about 4,000 right now and cutting.

Right now I am about 210 in the morning.
