Because of the fat content (although its great fats) I wouldn't recommend more than one of these a day.
1.5 cups of 2% milk
1 cup of peanuts
1 scoop whey protein
1262 calories
80g fat
51g carbs
72g protein
The peanuts taste much better than when made with natty for some reason. It's not chuggable, but a nice little something to sip on mid day while browsing WBB :D

why not throw in less peanuts and some oats to get some real carbs

Oats don't mix well IMO, and I find the taste/texture iffy. It's a good idea though. For me, my carbs are already really high so there's no need.
I tried something better. It tastes just as good but is less grainy and better macro breakdown
2 cups milk
2 scoops muscle milk (any WG or MRP would do)
1 scoop whey
1/2 cup peanuts
Tastes delicious, tossed in some strawberries too

try this (this is wat i do and it is pretty tasty imo):

2 scoops whey protein
1 banana

I have a different version of that shake...I call it the MMmmmm shake haha
12 oz water, 1 banana, 1 scoop chocolate whey,1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon Peanut butter, and any other supplements you want. I also pour olive oil in it too, tasteless.
I should try some milk in it too, extra cals. Im not sure of the nutritional values though, so maybe somebody could figure it out, shouldnt be hard.

heres my bulkin shake
24oz milk
1 cup oats
3tbsp pb
2 scoops whey.

My bulking shake was:
2 cups 1%- 220
2 scoops whey- 240
2 eggs- 140
2 tablespoons olive oil- 240
2 tablespoons peanut butter- 380
total cals: 1230

Just tried making a shake with oatmeal, milk, 3 scoops of whey, pb and honey. Great stuff. Gotta keep stirring it tho, since most of the heavy stuff sinks to the bottom.

Do you use a blender? Thats what I use and it mixes all that heavy stuff good
i grind the oats in a blender first so it goes to a powder then make the shakes tastes nice to me

Simply mix up these ingredients in a shaker bottle, shake, and chug evenly and smoothly! 'Sure go down easy!
2 cups 1% milk = 200 calories
1/3 cup Carnation Instant Breakfast = 130 calories
1 scoop ON Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Protein Powder = 120 calories
1/3 Cup SACO dry milk = 80 calories
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil = 120 calories
a little cinnamon to sprinkle
a few drips of vanilla flavoring
650 calories.
Make it 3-5 times a day for 1950-3250 calories a day. How serious are you about bulking?
