i'm one of those people who NEED to chew on something when they're stressed or thinking.. and have been chewing (and eating) lots of peanuts and almonds and some carrots. although i haven't gained bodyfat, i'd like to stop or chew something lower in calories. any suggestions other than gum?

tobacco :p j/k, as funny as this might sound but the skin of the apple is quite satisfying

ehhh... so do you like buy bags of apples and rip their skin off with your teeth when you're stressed out, and store the other bits for later consumption or something? :D

Just chew on gum. I suggest sugarless to avoid unnessary trips to the dentist.

try cealery, it takes more calories to eat the d*mn thing than it has to begin with, its like solid water, which reminds me of something else you can chew, ice.
(cealery goes good with pb)
(yes, i know i cant spell cealery)
