first pic is july of 04 just before i started lifting at 155 lbs

2nd pic is 4 months after the first out at 180 lbs

3rd pic is 1/05 after getting off my first cycle/fina for only 4 weeks i was 195 lbs in 3rd pic notice the bloat in the stomach area

4th and 5th pics were taken on 11/05 i was 204 lbs(wish i would have stayed at this level)

1st pic is again of me at 204 lbs-arms 17 inches, no pump

2nd, 3rd, and 4th pics are of me at 229 lbs after 2nd small cycle of test e @ 500mg/week i gained 25 lbs in 5 weeks, arms measured in at 18 inches, no pump

i ended cycle early due to me getting in motercycle accident :( shattered my collar bone:soapbox: and was out of the gym for 8 weeks, i am now back in the gym and currently 216 lbs and firming up quiet a bit. arms currently at 17 inches again:scratch:

just wanted to post this up for people to see how hard work and detication really can change your body. when i first started out i was convinced i couldnt gain weight cause my family was so skinny.. these pics prove me wrong:thumbup:

Good gains, I will definately give you credit. What's wrong with 17 inch arms? dude, I have the same size ones, well about the same size. Either way, you improved a lot, and you look a hell of a lot better.

nothing is wrong with 17" arms its just once youve had 18" you dont want to get smaller and i lost that whole inch that i worked so hard for :( ohh well alot of the loss was from water retention from the test :)

also my calfs are the same size at my biceps so i feel i am pretty level, i dont want bigger calfs than biceps, i think that looks funny

i turn 25 july 1st. also thanks chris for all the help and info for my last cycle your very knowleagable. my plans for now??? my stomach/shoulders need work i dont know if i should hit up another short cycle and bulk up to 230-240 again? or if i should cut down another 5-10 lbs hmmm choices choices...

people had to know you did gear. 21 months from your 155 to 229. You don't even look like the same person (in a good way). Nice tattoo also. Sucks about the motorcycle accident. I am financing a cbr 600 f4i this summer, pretty pumped.

lmao i was going to say the same thing! Hand signs...didnt we do that when we were 15?!

yea lmao about the whole handsigns its an inside joke with me and my friends. but yea naturally i kinda hit a plateau at about 192, i went from 155 to 192 in the first 7 months.

then (im sure i could have gained more but i wanted the quick gains) i did my first cycle with little to no knowleadge and gained a bunch of fat from eating at wendys every day thinking that it didnt matter where i got the cals from just as long as i got them (ouch). but yea live and learn. i should have researched alot more than i did before starting cycle.. ohh well

You look really good, though I do have a couple of comments/questions.

You said you wish that you'd stayed around 206lbs. Why?

No offense, but it looks like there's some facial structure difference between pre-gear and post-gear. Do you notice that too, or is it just a camera trick?

Your upperbody looks sick man, even if you are carrying a little fat. You can still see abs. Nice work.

mm, i wished i stayed at that weight because i was pretty well rounded IMO pretty cut and still pretty big. easy to maintain. and as far as face structure changing, maybe water weight? maybe the way i was moving my face in the pic? guarantee thats me i have more than 100 pics :)

Haha, dude I wasn't suggesting it wasn't you. One of the possible side-effects of steroids is an appearance of an enlarged skull, and I was curious if that was something you had noticed.

What was your diet and exercise like in those four months.

Regardless of the progress you made during the cycles, that was some pretty good improvment just in those 4 months.

good gains for the time period. Yet, I'm sure you are aware you weren't ready for gear and I hope you wait a while before you hop back on. I have to agree that you look like an entirely different person.

Regardless of the progress you made during the cycles, that was some pretty good improvment just in those 4 months.

*honestly* when i first started i didnt know jack **** about diet, all i knew is i spent 3 hours a day 3 times a week in the gym:bang: when i should have went 5 days a week for less time, also i had creatine, about 5 protein shakes a day, and ate junk food (fast food mostly) all damn day long.. i cant beleive from the first pic to the second one that i wasnt all chunky. my stomach was rockin back then and i never even did a sit up. lmao go figure.

and yes i know i cycled waaaaaay to soon. :cool:

i have done two cycles, one for 4 weeks, fina. and second was a year later it was test e 250@500mg week for only 5 weeks. and as far as my routine its always changing due to learning new things

wow, that's a huge change in such a short amount of time. run a decent cycle your next go around. running a long ester for 5 weeks is ridiculous. you'll have much better results.

I agree with you that you looked the best after your first fina cycle, but a bit of cutting after you got to 229 would be almost equally if not more impressive. Overall, amazing transformation, great job man. Did you have any complications during either of your cycles besides the bloat?

Protein is not going to do that for you.........you want those kinda changes you got to get on gear. As far as protein......protein is protein. Eat a lot and lift hard.
