Huh?

I don't quite understand what you're asking but i can tell you that 1g of glycogen holds onto 3-4g of water.

The amount of glycogen that is stored in the muscle is dependant upon how many carbohydrates the person has ingested recently.

The max amount of glycogen a muscle can store is dependant upon the size of the muscle.

if you're asking how many glycogen are in 1lb of muscle i'm not entirely sure. Is there a way of knowing?
