Shrimp with a low calorie dipping sauce. Actually it seems that all seafood is low-calorie / high protein. Check the nutritional info on shrimp, its extremely high in protein with very little calories.
For dipping sauce, check the info on "seafood sauce", its tomato based so it should be low calorie but it might have a fair amount of sugar.

i agree with the whey. but i always cook a little extra chicken or fish and save it in the fridge for a late night study snack. pop it in the micro with some bbq.

I'm serious, and it's really, well, not quite a culinary delight, but not at all bad.

You know what else is pretty nice? Tuna and passionfruit sandwiches. Everyone thought I was disgusting eating those, but they taste pretty good, especially with some mayo mixed in as well.

I can buy that - sweet with the salty stuff often goes nicely together - like applesauce and pork.
