Stimerex ES and Steriods

Has anyone taken Stimerex ES? Also...I have a friend who is competeing soon and she ordered a Thermogenic that she says is really really good, but I didn't find out what it was called. I joked around saying it was steriods, and her response was that it was as close as you could get without being steriods...anyone have a clue of something like that?

You don't need any kind of steroid precursors. Food + hard work + proper routine = muscle.

Never tried Stimerex ES. Looked online and it appears to be ephedra.
