What is a good amount of carbs to be taken? Is there a rule like with protien and fat or more of an ideal global number? Thanks

as long as you meet your fat and protein requirements just fill in the amount of carbs you need to meet your calories for the day(whether bulking or cutting)

Okay, now another thing concerning carbs... Are there certain forms you should take it into your body in? Such as in Fruits, Breads, cereals(I love cereal and often make 2 meals a day out of bowls of it). Is that a bad thing? Or is cereal a form of 'healthy' carbs, that is if any carbs are unhealthy.
