Hello guys this is my goal for the next month or so i want to cut 10 straight pounds of fat and still try and bulk up right now i weight 185 pounds and im on creatine i want to cut to about 170 and i need some tips i havent been to active with running since wrestling has over and i prolly got a quick 3-4-5 pounds of water weight that i can lose in a week or so but i dont want to cut yet i want to stay in my bulking phase.
Supplements:
Extreme Whey 64grams of protein(per serving)
Creatine
I want to cut down to about 170-175(then if im 170 ill be about 167 with no creatine) i could do it in a week if i used some bad methods but like i said i want to stay lifting and increasing strength i know this will be very hard but this is all i do with my life anymore is workout/party/think about workingout please give me some quick tips on how you guys go about losing 10 pounds in a month(i know cutting calories will be huge but i want some tips other then that)
mainly i want to do this to see if i can gain from sprinting speed and get a 6 pac thanks a lot for ur help.
