Ok so I got back from the gym today. I'm bulking so I've been putting on weight and such. I've been on creatine for a couple months, and this last couple week I was between 124-126ish or so. Well, I took some NO2 supplement that my roommate has 2 days ago and did my normal workout. I weighed in at 126 at the time. Yesterday I didn't take it and I weighed in at 126 as well. Today, I take NO2 supplement, and I go to workout at the same time of day as always, and I'm 131. I have been definitely gaining weight and eating a lot, especially the last few days, but I definitely did not expect to have gained 5 pounds in one day. Is this typical for NO2 or did I actually gain that weight legitimately?
And the scale is not broken.

are you asking if l-arginine somehow (without any differences in diet) put on 6lbs in one day?
No.
But remember, your weight changes constantly. Time, diet, all are factors at one time of the day.

That's what I heard to... So if I were to go on it for 3 days then off for one then back on for 3 days I would have already put on 10lbs of LBM?

Ok...eat more calories than you're burning and see if the caffeine makes you lose weight.

My ****ting was steady and consistent. I have been steadily moving up about a pound a week recently. When I saw 231 I was just like "holy ****." I would have expected to gain weight if I wasn't already on creatine and if I took the stuff for a couple weeks, but not just by taking a whole 2 scoops of it in 3 days.

Seems to me that getting energy equates to using energy.
Maybe I am the only twitchy one on it though *shrug

what i mean is that i havnt experenced a weight gain caused by the NO-x. water weight or anything. and keeping my macros all the same i have been lossing weight
and isnt caffenie used in some weight loss stacks? so couldnt me lossing weight on NO-x make sence?
