Does any one here make their own beef jerky? If so could you please share how exactly you make it?

I use London Broil, slice it and then marinate it in a mix of spices and liquids. I use lots of peppers and hot sauce along with beer and whiskey plus the standard ingredients. After it marinated a day I take it out and put it in a food dehydrator and check it periodically. It ussually takes a day or so to completely dry.
