If you're a man then lower abdominal fat will probably be the most stubborn to get rid of - the last to go.

Oh I know. Do hours of cardio and lift everyday and watch everything you eat and you will have the six pack.

No, really, just diet correctly, weightlift using the WBBW1 and do cardio for 30 minutes a day and that should help out with losing your bodyfat.

I don't have any "scientific" experiment to back up my statemtent either. It just so happens this works best for me, but then again, my belly fat is the first thing to go on me.

What exactly will it do for someone, fat loss wise?

2g. is not nearly enough to be reaping the benefits of FFA's. I take at least 6g. a day and sometimes up to 10g. a day.

Now that I'm finally cutting after a very long bulk I find the abdominal fat to be going away very quickly.

I can only speculate but I feel that when I gained this fat during the bulk it seemed to concentrate on my abdomen.

Does it matter if they are taken them all at once or should this be spread out throughout the day?

i usually take 10g. And yes the **** is like magic, you should be taking it regardless of health or fitness level. It has so many health/bodily benefits it's not even a question.

so do you look for total fat when figuring 10g a day?

Could this be why my tummy feels and looks tighter? I'm bulking on 4000 a day but yet my tummy has been tightening i think.

The problem here is the design of research. Sure we might be able to indicate that it helps with nutrient partitioning, but we make a quantum leap of faith to go as far as to say it will result in more fat loss, at the same cals.

Real evidence would be two groups eating the same cals and the fish oil group lost more fat. I don't think we have anything like that.

Post it if anybody has it.

BTW I use fish oil and recommend it.

It's like all the things that don't effect total calories. Eating clean, timing your meals, eating low glycemic. The benefit of these strategies IMO is feeling more energetic and less hungry. We don't have any evidence to suggest it results in more fat loss.

Please don't expect your belly fat to magically disappear from fish oil. The omega-3's in fish oil caps are mostly beneficial for cardiovascular health. Only proper diet and training will get rid of that fat.

Only way to get rid of belly fat is to lose more weight. It sucks. Whoever figures out a real way to actually spot reduce fat will be worth millions.

1. Cardio 3 times a week ( 20 mins. )
2. Abs 3 times a week ( 12 series each day )
3. Reduce your calorie intake

:bash: Abs are made in the kitchen..........not in the weight room.
Why do abs 3 times a week? What do you mean by series? Why would you work more abs than your other muscle groups?
