Half of my calories are coming from liquids.. and the other half are coming from a big breakfast and a solid meal. You guys say "to get big, you must eat big." What about drink big? Does it really matter if I still hit 4000 calories and way over 170g's of protein? I'm pretty sure it doesn't, from what I've read on this forum.. But I feel like I'm not consuming as much as you guys talk about consuming so I guess I feel like I'm missing something?
