ive never went on a cut.... i jus eat healthy but eat whenever i want hehe.... i love bulking up....

so i pretty much consider myself bulking year-round

Charles, if I didn't mind having such a fat ass, I'd bulk all year round, too. Sadly, it gets to me and I eventually have to cut.

I'm basically maintaining all the time, and maintaining i consider to be grouped with bulking in the fact that i eat whatever i want (within reason) and have cheat days, and it won't get to me.

Im trying to bulk year-round... i want to gain for football.. ive gained 8 lbs since last summer woohoo!!

In my 3 years of training I've never cut. Sometimes around summer I'll just make my diet a little cleaner and slow the bulk down a bit.

I'm considering bulking year-round this year and doing a major cut about a year from now.

But I'm not sure... I'm already kind of fat, but I think I would feel small if I dipped back under 200 lbs. (I'm 218 lbs now at 6'0").

Same here, "bulked" for about 3 years...put on 55 pounds (155-210). Cut for the 1st time down to about 190 between January and now and today actually is my 1st day back to bulking. Trying to get to 225 this time and see how I look/feel at that point.

i been trying to cut since i started lifting with pretty crappy results, im STILL 253lb at 6 2:(

yeah thats exactly wat i do... i dont eat till i puke but i eat whenever i want.... and cheat days dont really get to me either...

well i watch wat i eat regularly.... like i eat healthy 90% of the time...
now i dont keep track of calories, etc.... like i said, i jus eat wat i want...

but like maybe one or two days on the weekend ill have a cheat day where i am willing to eat stuff like fast food, etc...

I'll be honest, I'm getting tired of bulking. Food is getting expensive and I keep having to eat more and more just to gain a pound here and there. I'm considering going on a brief cut down to 198 and then take it from there. I'd still ultimately like to get to about 245.

If you weight 180 to start what should you try to bulk up to, is it just eat and eat or is there some point where you want to stop.

it probably depends on the build right?
