shock therapy is suposed to be like ON-xplode but cheaper, i hear good things about it

i have no idea, just did alot of reseach and found these seemed to have good reviews. but again i dont know much about supps i always just did prolab mono creatine and ON protien, never messed with other **** so hopefully its good?

diet is around 3,000 cals, im a lightwieght with a small appetite at only 150 pounds so i dont eat 100% clean just goin for calories. only things i made sure i eat everyday is large chicken breast, 3-4 protien shakes, eggs, tuna fish, and oranges.

son, if you don't know much about supplements why use them?

do your research, get your diet and training on track then consider supplemnts

That creatine seems overpriced. If you want workout energy I have heard better reviews about Thermorexin than anything else. Most people here will advise against the super-pump preworkout stuff.

im not plannin on being a tank,

only thing different about this is energy for my workout

other then that just a different creatine

and multi vitem, why not get a multi?

i have no problem gaining!

i started lifting serious last 2 months and gained 15 pounds so im not having problem gaining at all just ran out of protien and wanted to try an energy supp cus my workouts arnt all that intense

Oh, 1 more thing.

I wouldn't bother with the dextrose. Yeah, you need dextrose post-workout, but I think it's healthier just to have fruits during that time. Fruits/veggies have a lot of sugar in them and in general aren't that great for packing on LBM, but the one good time to eat them is after you have your protein shake.

There might be some disagreement here.

hey thanks for the advise, i think ima just buy it anyways though its so cheap!! but i will take ur advise and eat more fruit/veggies right after my workout and use a less amount of dex.



my routine is just a basic back/bi legs shoulders/calves chest/tris
i switch it up all the time, once in a while ill even to the WBB rountine for a week or 2 then go back to other split

I use Storm and love it, I like it more than some CEE that I have gone through.

Haven't heard about shock therapy.

Can't go wrong with Now Adams I use those too.

Dextrose is pretty much a personal preference, I don't see much difference personally but some people swear on it.
