I'm slowly moving my diet into all liquid. Right now I'm only eating solid food during the day until about 3pm. What are some things I should eat/do while on a liquid diet?
Thanx

Make sure you have liquids!
Well, you probably want to include some other supplements like a multivitamin, flax and fish oils, and definately make sure you getting fiber in your diet, otherwise you might end up with diarrhea.

why would you want to go on an all liquid diet?

What's going into each (liquid) meal?

Are you bulking or cutting?
I've tried researching all liquid bulking diets and its really hard to find any information. Sorry I can't help much but I'm interested in what other people have to say here.

Tips for an all liquid diet... Don't...
It's very hard to do them properly and you'd have to have every last aspect covered for it to be safe/healthy in my opinion.
Eat real food.
I did an all liquad bulk and loved it. Im not cutting and only having 2 solid meals a day. If you bulking have oats in your shakes this will cover you for fiber.

It's not nearly as unhealthy, or difficult as most people seem to think. Covering every last aspect is no more difficult during a liquid diet than a solid one.

I agree liquid can be a good time, but I found the oats were not enough fiber...play it by ear and if you feel you need more just supplement.
Yeh when i was bulking i was having 100g of oats in each shake 5 times a day lol so i was full of fiber lmao. Supplement is key really with all liquad but i prefer it

Yep..it's not bad. People look at you like you're extra crazy, though, and tell you "it's unhealthy," so prepare to defend yourself 99999 times a day.
Fiber
Fats
Multivitamin
That's about it. I did it for a few weeks straight and it was great, but the cravings for chewable food were insane. Now, I do a metrx bar before lifting, shakes during the day at work, and usually a chicken salad for dinner each night. It's working just as well, and no insane cravings.

What I have decided to do is only have a solid breakfast and snacks up until 12:00pm when I get off work. Here is what it will look like.

6:30am Meal 2- Low fat cottage cheese
7:30am Meal 3- Low fat cottage cheese
8:30am Meal 4- Some kind of meat, today is leftover steak.
12:30pm Meal 5- Shake (2 fish caps)
3:30pm Meal 6- Shake (2 fish caps)
6:30pm Meal 7- Shake (2 fish caps)
Each shake will consist of the following
3 scoops of whey
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of water
2 tbsp Flax seeds
2-3 tbsp EVOO
1/2 of banana(only in the first shake)

I, personally, feel much better if my solid food is at the end of the day.
But, I found that if I was lifting really early (6am), I had to eat a protein bar instead of a shake with oats. If I don't, I feel heavy and queasy. I'm currently doing a bit of liquid, a bit of solid. I usually start the day with a metrx bar if it's a workout day, and finish the day with a 500 calorie chicken salad. It's working pretty well.

I'm going to just start posting todays diet and edit it as I go along. For now I'm going to be on the supplement diet lol. Just getting my body accustomed to the new macro ratios. Although I may make this whole thing a liquid diet heh.
Training - None today. My back and quads are quite sore from previous workouts. I'll begin my day 2 lower body and shoulder training tomorrow.
Diet
Meal 1 - 2 scoops weight gainer, 2 scoops whey, 1.5 tables spoons flax seed oil, and psyllium powder in water. 910 calories. 33 fat. 82 carbs. 73.5 protein. 4 caps ETS, 1 multi-vitamin, 1 cap milk thistle, 1 tab MSM extreme join formula.
Meal 2 - 1 Tri-o-plex bar, 1 myoplex sport bar, 1 OStrim beef stick. 900 calories. 27.5 fat. 97 carbs, 73 protein. 1 uni-liver tab, 1 free form amino capsule.
Meal 3 - 2 scoops gainer, 1.5 scoops whey, 1 tablespoon liquid aminos, 1.5 tablespoons olive oil. 870 calories. 32.25 fat. 82 carbs. 67.5 protein. 1 free form amino capsule, 1 uni-liver tab, 1 MSM extreme joint formula.
Meal 4 - 1 can tuna fillet (in olive oil already), 10 ounces potato, 1 scoop whey in water with psyllium. 870 calories. 32.5 fat. 86 carbs. 65.5 protein. Free form aminos, uni-liver tab, MSM extreme joint formula.
Meal 5 - 1 can tuna fillet (in olive oil already), 11 ounces potato, 1 scoop whey in water with psyllium. 906 calories. 32.6 fat. 94.3 carbs. 66.5 protein. Free form aminos, uni-liver tab, milk thistle.
Meal 6 - 2 scoops gainer, 1.5 scoops whey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, psyllium powder. 780 calories. 25.25 fat. 80.5 carbs. 62 protein. Free form aminos, uni-liver tab.
Meal 7 - 2 scoops gainer, 1.5 scoops whey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, psyllium powder. 780 calories. 25.25 fat. 80.5 carbs. 62 protein. Free form aminos, uni-liver tab, multi-vitamin, 4 ETS capsules.
TOTALS: 6016 calories: 208.35 fat, 602.3 carbs, 470 protein. Bah, these numbers don't exactly add up, but I was going by the packaging of the food. Close enough.
3 scoops of protein, 50 grams carbs from maltodextrin, 2 table spoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of psyllium, a teaspoon of microlactin and...mutliply that by 7 (close to 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fats)
Take multiple multivitamins each day, spectrum minerals, psyllium (fiber! you'll need this!), fish oils, various aminos, extra vitamin e when I'm training hard, supergreens (raw vegetable powder which happens to taste like the worst thing ever).
Big Chasey Chase..
LOL thats were every1 got the idea i beleive it was BCC coach for his contest whose idea it was and every1 followed

FIBER!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
At least 25 grams. If you're nowhere near there, slowly work your way up. Your digestive tract can't handle an instant major upped intake of fiber.

I dont know how people do this, I could see how people have a diet where they get most of their cals from liquid but it just feels so odd going a day without chewing
