Well... after about 2 weeks of dieting, ive lost about 10 pounds... not bad i say... but i fear im eating too little. I take a multivitamin every morning, and am taking Hydroxycut with my diet... but only a Max of 3 a day.
Yesterday, ill i eat all day was a multivitamin, Tuna Sandwich, on whole wheat bread, with no mayo... (I dont like mayo) and tons of water... Reason being, i was buisy all day at work and with friends and just didnt have time.. today, i had a rib eye steak, and about 8 little rice cake things called "crispy Minis" and a miltivitamin. I know this is alot less than i need to be eating, but i just dont get hungry...
Could someone tell me the affects of eating Too little? Im going to eat more tommarow, start with Oatmeal in the morning... have a tuna sandwich for lunch, and steak and salad (no desssing) for dinner... should be alittle better.
I just would like to know the effects of eating too little...
Also.. What does you diet consist of? If someone wouldnt mind showing me what a good diet looks like, id appreciate it. Thanks
BTW: I do cardio 3 times a week and workout 3 times a week... all on different days...
