I am trying to cut body fat. I am at 240 and i want to get to 185-195lbs. I do not want to take anything with ephedra or anything of the sort, i would like the lowest amount of caffine as possible. I get the jitters and a massive in crease in heart rate. thanks in advance.

well i am still trying to learn about what to eat and when but i will show you what i had today
8am 1 cup of kellogs carb watcher cereal with 1 cup reduced fat milk
11am 1. 4oz lean turkey burger cooked on the george forman grill
2:30pm 1 fresh fruit, fruit cup
5:30pm 1. 4oz turkey burger smame as above and an 5oz piece of skin less fatless chicken breast cooked on the gearge forman grill
8:30pm 2 egg whites

drinking 1 gallon spring water.

I am not sure how good that is. I hope it is but I still need to research how many carbs, and how much fat i should intaje per day. I know my calories are below 2000.

don't see much of veggies there, why not have oats instead of kellogs carb watcher

My recomendations are start slow and dont worry to much about progress, just lift heavy and run. I dropped over 60 pounds at one point in my fatter stages by just not thinking and doing it. I feel that alot of people starting off to get in shape thing putting together a diet is to much work but if you can just add in some lifting you will see a difference in time; have fun with it.

thanks. what kind of oats do you mean? and where in my schedule would you put veggies? my biggest problems is that i dont know how much to eat and when? especially how much of each thing like carbs, fat etc. also what supplements would help me if any? again i cannot do ephedra or high caffine, my body reacts badly to it.
