Im 17 5'11 175lbs. and have been working out for three years now. My diet hasn't really ever been in check but since i joined the site i tried to make a nice diet. Just wanted to see if im on the right track.all meals are spaced about 2 hours apart...
M1=4 egg whites,1 Yolk, 2 pieces of Whole Grain Toast,glass of Whole Milk-multi vit
M2=1 cup oats,banana,cup mixed berries,1 scoop Nitrean, Tbsp of Olive oil
M3=Weight Gainer with 16oz water, 2 Fish Oil caps
M4=2 hard boiled eggs, bag of Nuts(almonds/cashews),apple
M5=Turkey Sandwhich on Whole Grain, cup mixed veggies
M6= 2 Grilled Chicken Breast, 2 peices of bread, banana, fish oil
M7=1/2 cup oats,scoop of nitrean,natty pb, 12 oz water
M8= cup of brown rice,spinach, salmon steak
M9= Weight Gainer w/ whole milk
My Routine consist of a Pull,Push, and Leg day.
PULL
Deadlifts 5x5
BB Rows 5x5
Underhand CHins 5x5
BB Curls 5x5
Day 2
PUSH
FLat BB Bench 5x5
Barbell Shoulder Press 5x5
Close Grip Bench 5x5
Powercleans 5x5
Day 3
Legs
Squat 5x5
SLDL 5x5
Calf raises 3x12
crunches 3x12
Im pretty sure im not Overtraining correct? seems to me to be a pretty decent routine considering ive been working out for some time now. Please Help me out with anything I should fix. Thanks... o i take a multi,fish oil, and vit c,e
