i have heard alot of bad reviews on this product but decided to give it a shot anyway because it was alot cheaper than t-rex. i recieved my product about 4 days after i ordered and didnt try it for a few weeks. i recently (2 weeks ago) started taking the recommended dosage (4 pills a day), and i can definetely tell a difference. besides a little bit in the morning, i am almost never hungry like i have spent the last few months dealing with. and it give me energy throught the day, which is important to me with working 50+ hours a week. i have been satasified enough with the product so far that i havent stepped it up to 6 a day yet. i will say that i am not a caffinee person, i dont drink pop and i dont drink coffee, so some might not get as much of a effect as i did. i have nothing to do with the makers of this product, nor am i selling it, just a satisfied customer letting everyone else know that i have had success with this product thus far. only side effect is my heart races a little bit if i work really hard or get really mad about something and i get a little lightheaded from it.

the bad reviews were mostly from people that are regular eca users and some people that use t-rex said they didnt seem to notice any results from thermocin. yes im cutting, as far as making results... i have lost 2 pounds in two weeks since starting on the stuff. what i really notice is that im not hungry all day and that makes it so i can lower my calories.

I will say this, if you are noticing any negative side effects as you mentioned you really should cease using the product and see your doctor right away.
