Yes.. yes.. i'm back with my C_8nom Grade Grammer!! hehe
anyways.. i'm back and i decided to start a new journal..
my body Weight is 11pounds up since last time i was here..- 162lb
Squats with 10pounds under the sole and beyond of the feet - 275lb x 7 - donno.. just different style
Dumbbell Incline - 70lb x 7 - up 15lb since last time
Flat barbell bench ( still lagging )- 155 x 8(touching the chest) - same...
cable tricep push down - 160lb x 7 - up.. a lot of lbs.. hehe
Incline Dumbbell Bicep curl - 30lb x 8 -
Wide Grip pull up - 6
Wide Grip pull down - 150 x 7
Barbell Row - 155lb x 8 (learned the perfect form)
Deadlift - haven't done'em in a while... damn..
umm am i missing anything..........??..........
