Sorry this is probably a stupid question. While beginning to creatine load, are you supposed to lift during this time? Or do you wait until after the 5 day loading period? Thanks and any help is appreciated.

Don't worry about loading. 5g daily is all you need.

Alright, you guys probably know better than i do. I thought it was proven loading helps more than 5g daily does. Guess not?

I searched but couldn't find one about whether you should lift or not during the loading, that's why i asked. thanks though.

If it's Cell-Tech you don't even really need to work out...Just do some curls.

you do not need to load. just take 5g. a day and lift, creatines benefits won't show themselves unless you lift hard and heavy in the gym.

they want u to load beacuse u use more of it hence you have to buy more.
