Currently I'm using regular creatine powder and always consumed it with my protein powder and dextrose immediately after my workout. Thought of giving Cell Mass a try, and they recomend it to be consumed immediately after a workout on an empty stomach. If that's the case, how long later should I consume my post workout shake (protein and dextrose)?

Great stuff! I stacked CellMass with N.O. Xplode and I got some good results! Anyway yes its recommended to not touch food or a shake until about 30-40 of ingestion of cellmass!! Could be a lil less time, But the directions should be on the label. I know its at least 20 min.!? Hope I helped ya!!

I didnt want to make a new thread and since we're on the topic,
Does it matter if I take monohydrate with a meal/protein shake?, or does it need to be on an empty stomache directly after a workout? If so, how long do I wait after taking the mono. before eating a meal.

Mostly people recommend taking creatine 1.30hrs before your workout.
