Hey here is my routine for "trying" to get rid of my little belly fat that i have

1. Lifting x4 a week
2. Cardio x2 a week
3. Whey Protein (lifting)
4. Diet
5. Ab Workouts x2 a week

please offer me some input, thanks!!

I don't know if the numbers imply priority, but if so, Diet should definitely be #1 IMO, followed by Lifting and then Protein.

I also think that Cardio can be eliminated by simply reducing cals a bit, instead of risking burning some muscle. You'll be getting minor cardio just lifting weights 4x a week, and there's no point in risking burning muscle from cardio if you don't have to!

the key to abs is eating lots and lots of candy and chocolates....as long as they fit into your caloric goals

diet should be #1-4 if you want to cut
