If you took them all at once then yes you are a colosal idiot.
If you took them spread out over the course of the day you are pressing you luck but should be okay if you don't make a habit of this.

Because ephedra is a stimulant. Even though most can handle taking ephedra/ephedrine, it is placing stress on your heart. So, taking more than the recommended dosage isn't always a good idea, though your individual experiences may vary.

I would probably be dead. If I take one in the morning and one after lunch usually my hands are shaking by 3pm and I can't sleep.

I usually stick with one at breakfast, period.

How long have you been off it? you're supposed to cycle off ephedra products every 12 weeks.

and yes, they will lose their effectiveness. it's a stimulant.

if snorting a little line of cocaine always got people off the same, why do people get addicted to large amounts?

answer: the body will attempt to adapt to just about anything. gotta stop taking ECA stack and let yourself get baseline again.
