Caloric deficit. Um...you can't really gain significant muscle while burning fat. You'll have to choose what you want to do. Gain strength while maintaining muscle while burning fat, or gain a lot of muscle while gaining more fat.

There's no magic supplements out there. If you're diet isn't in check, nothing will help you.

I don't need to gain lots of muscle. I just need to gain ok muscle or just not lose any and burn fat.

You can hold onto muscle by lifting heavy and eating properly.

I know. You do that by lifting heavy and eating a caloric deficit.

Honestly, if you lift heavy while dieting properly, you'll drop fat and keep/possibly increase muscle.

That really is the big secret.

Read the link in my sig for some more cutting tips, and start hitting the iron short and heavy (if you're not already).

I was never THAT fat to begin with, and i've been working out for quite a while (however much of a waste it was due to stupid coaches who never taught me a thing about proper training) using Built's diet, and i've lost 19 lbs of what i believe to be mostly fat, and actually put on over 20 lbs on my bench.
