I've been recording random days into FitDay for the past feew weeks and I'm within the same 5 lbs as when I started(a lil' heavier) but this is what it says for my averages so far:
2754 cals
116 Fat
317 Carbs
120 protein

^^ In this average is easter which I had over 5000 calories on that day so it might be a little extreme but I was just wondering if since I am generally the same weight, would these be my maintainance calories? Any suggestions for my fats carbs and protein would be appreciated too, thanks

carbs are way to high first off, protein needs to be higher (i have no clue how much you weigh, but you need atleast 1g/lb of PRO). i would say those are your maintainance cals or close to it.

Well I weigh about 155, what foods can I eat that are low in carbs? I get a ton of carbs in my lunch and breakfast but then almost none in my dinner...
I always eat cereal for breakfast, and it's fast and easy so I'd really like to keep that but I could tweak my lunch habbits... Suggestions?

turkey, lean meat, chicken, whey protein, just to name a few. I would plan on gettin CHO's around workout.

I'm not familiar with CHO's... And you can take straight protein, is whey some sort of pill or drink?
