NEW PICS 3rd POST

I have only been a member here for around a week and decided to post some pics today. I ran track in high school and I have been working out on and off for about two year but havn't really started to lift hard until 3 months ago. I just chaged my routine this week so hopefully it will work better than my old routine. I'm about 5'10" 165lbs right now and want to get up to at least 180 by the end of the summer. Ill post some leg/back pics when I take them.

your lean enough i would say to start a real good long bulk and put some size on

Took some new pics today. I lost some weight over summer due to my job but Im back into things. Im bulking right now and having a hard time getting lots of cals even with 800+ cal whey shakes. Im about 162 right now and between 14-16% body fat(or at least thats what the scale I have says, even if it isn't that accurate). My goal is still to get to around 175-180 by the end of first semester(beginning of December).

You are at good starting bf% for a bulk, judging from your pics you will have no problem putting on mass, good luck!

Looks like you haven't really changed much for better or worse. Good luck staying dedicated and reaching that goal.

Yeah thats how I feel also. In person you can actually see a difference or at least thats what everyone is telling me but loosing weight over summer kinda screwed me over.
