So I had my first lesson today and I want to get as good as possible.
Apperently there's a lot of squating and being explosive from the squat position. Lateral movement is also important and I'm asuming core strength for hitting with power.
So what exercises should I do?
BTW I've been weightlifting for about a month, pretty crappy stats:
Bench: 135 (3 sets of 8, don't know what max is)
Squat: 95 (5 sets of 5)
Deadlift: 85 (5 sets of 5)
That's assuming the bar is 45 pounds, which it should be right?
