Beat leg cramps
Drink tonic water before you go to bed. It contains quinine, a plant extract that acts as a muscle relaxant.

Just a quote I found from a fitness mag. Any truth to this?

It is used to treat "nocturnal leg cramps" which, to me, means yes it is muscle relaxent. However, the therapeutic concentration of the drug is not found in tonic water, so I doubt it would make a noticeable difference.

Just mix with gin to relax you mucles ;)
