I would choose food and heavy iron.

Is "keep your money" a choice here?

N02 is one of the most ridiculously priced supplements ever.

i say save a little cash and buy no-explode. no2 sucked for me, and i didn't even have to pay for it; it was given to me. no-explode on the other hand, that's worth my money (buying online ofcourse).
I would choose food and heavy iron.
my thoughts exactly.

Waste of cash.

Seriously though, as others have said, neither of those are a particularly good use of your money.

i agree w/ what everone else says -- both are redicously pricey for such a small effect, and if you're just training, you'll have better spent your money on food.
HOWEVER -- i would recommend pump tech if you were competing. pump-tech kept me looking pumped all the time, and my pump i got in the gym was even bigger. of course the only thing being pumped all the time does is inflate your ego and drain your wallet.
no explode for me was nothing special. oout of this wolrd pumps and made me hyper, put i can get hyper on my own and work harder at the gym and get the pumps, but never really benifited my lifting. but each to there own.

Are you saying pump is important for pre-contest training, or just specifically on the day of comp?

I'd save 75% of my cashe and just buy a bottle of Arginine.
i.e. NO2 products are all kinda worthless and should be skipped in favor of food and proper training, which will give you real gains, instead of fake ones.

well obviously its important for the day of the comp, but you'd have to take it long enough during the pre-contest stage for it to be at its full effect by competition day.
EDIT:
i guess because of the temporary pump/size effects, if one has enough money, pump-tech is not a bad idea as an ego/confidence booster. good for those who have become discouraged, and need a short pick me up. its kinda like they get a chance to temporarily see what they personally CAN become, its an incentive to gain that look w/o temporary supplements.

None of these supplements or drugs have NO "IN" them.

How long do you keep a pump while using this Pump-Tech?

I stand corrected, I did not think I would get called on a joke. Scarz is correct in that Viagra does not have NO in it, it turns off the conversion of cGMP to GMP in the following pathway.

Can you post some peer reviewed journal articles that prove no post is safe. :)
Considering the other thread I though it was funny, I have not citations to prove I thought it was funny.
