Okay, how do you guys wiegh meat? Do you cut it up like it says in fitday? Or do you weigh it on a scale? And for rice, do you think its healthy to eat, or too fatning, or good for carbs or what?

i think potatoes are superior to rice but they dont have as much fiber
better is non-processed rice
and no it's not fattening
as for meat i used to weigh it at first, after a couple of weeks i can eyeball the weigh, also if you buy a chunk of 1lb and cut it almost equal pieces that's legit also. you don't have to weigh to the milligram

What else is good for eating with meat? That may contain protein, is not fatting, and is good? lol
I'll try what you said about buyin a chunk and cutting it.
Also if anyone has any other opionions id like to kno :-)

i like to eat protein with carbs, so steak with potatoes, chicken with rice
i'd have a bagel or bread with my meal and a salad with olive oil
green beans are good, they have some protein
and MILK...
did I say how much I LOVE milk !!!

With rice I would stick with brown rice.
Potatoes are good.
And for change try some whole wheat pastas.
As for a vegetable- try etamame - it is a little pea like plant (comes in a pod) that you can buy frozen a lot. Packed with soy protein and tastes good with some salt/pepper. Lima beans, kidney beans, basically any sort of bean will have a good amount of protein in it.
