Looking really good man.

The only two things I noticed, if you don't mind a little criticism, are that your legs seem to be lacking a bit and your arms seem to be overpowering your physique (although on second look, they do seem to be in proportion with your shoulders).

Besides that, nice work so far, and good luck!

Tofer - Thanks for the critique man, I don't mind at all :). Yeah, legs are a weak point, but this is an early stage for me and at the moment just general proportion within a few inches is OK for me. Strength is my goal.
Gabrielle - The bulk is relatively clean, lots of protein, veggies, nearly a dozen eggs a day, half a gal of milk etc.
Micheal - Thanks very much, It will be great to finally get some absurd size to my frame; and finally not look stretched out :)
Mr. Nissen - Bwahaha, thanks man. They're only about 24" right now, I'd love to get them up to about 27-28 and see what my genetics reveal.

Dude, the legs look fantastic. Now I believe the numbers you've been posting in your journal. Your upper body looks thicker but your chest needs growth to catch up. You still have a great looking back, man. I'm going to study your leg days.

Thanks for all the comments guys! I was heavily considering PSMF for a little while this morning, then I baby powdered my legs and got back to eating :)

Good foundation. Very lean now. I like the eat till you cant hold it down attitude, it will do you alot of good if you eat right.

I'm cutting! Down to 204 or something from the other day, getting in about 250-300g of proteing about the same of carbs and maybe 120 fat. Little sampler on the legs.

Looks like you could use alot more traps, and lats... and it looks like you have VERY long arms especially the section from your delts to your elbow.

Spend some more time with back man, you need to hit bent over rows really good and you will notice a big difference in width and thickness

In case you havn't been following my journal, I started cutting. Down from 230 to 222 in these pictures. No I don't look like Paul, he looks like me.

I drop fat very fast, so I'm hoping to be around 210 dry in a month or so, and then around 198 a few months after that :)

Hah, no. I live out of the drive through window. I have to start eating properly again now though, my GF is trying to drop fat - so when she is around its salmon and veggies.


Bought my 5 turbo shakers from a supermarket today for 3$ a pop, I destroy these things! When I start to clean the diet up I usually start taking a mix of powdered milk (contains higher levels of caesin than milk) and whey protein, I should invest in some BCAA's and creatine.

Still cutting. Upping the protein and fats this week, weigh in today at 222lbs. Went to a supplement store where some body build was dead keen on telling me I needed some hydroxycut, I'll give that a miss.

I'm looking a little leaner, nothing drastic - no photo's this week.

I decided to take a back flexed pic cause I'm looking a little leaner, I can see a horseshoe so I'm happy about that. I'm happy I can see some mild seperation between delts. Tanning should make me look ALOT leaner, I AM PASTY WHITE!

Dissipate; Lol sis I've been cutting for the last month and a bit I think, down 15lbs! My training partner didn't see me for a month and he noticed some big changes in my stomach. Abs are just just just just getting in if I flex hard with arms behind head! Are you in perth again? We must train or do something together!
