here is my mate Powerhouse, posing in the dungeon, he is 10 weeks out from his second bodybuilding comp, he won the newcomers at the scottish champs last year this year he will be going for the overall, which is this Saturday

Dude... you ****ers are huge. Yeah that car was pretty sweet, I don't know how he fit into it but it also looked like he was having a little trouble reversing into the driveway... almost hit the gate.

Jesus christ, I can only hope to look 1/2 as big as the guy posing at the end. Thats a great "every day" bodyfat % that he has too. What is he at ?

It's awesome you guys listen to Prodigy too. Is that what I heard in the gym? Or is that Crystal Method?

he is 252lbs in that video

this week he is around the 215lbs mark just cruising until comp on saturday
where he will be dry and hard as a rock, i will have some good video action from show

a lot of viking blood runs through the scottish folk, we seem to grow very fast once we start lifting stones and steel, diet of venison, beef, fish, helps a bit

that was Prodigy................we mostly listen to metal, but prodigy gets slapped on now and then.

As a Geordie I'm not a big fan of mackems but in this case I'll make an exception. :thumbup: Saying that I do have a few mates who are mackems.

A geordie is someone from Newcastle and a mackem is someone from Sunderland in the UK. A jock well thats easy he's from Jockland.

hes been up here for a few years now, he was mates with my training partner,he coaches him for his contests, so when hes up our way he pops in and trains with us................
