My wife and I started working out a couple months ago. She's 22, 5'9" and 125 lbs and she needs a good multivitamin for her to take every day. Anyone have any good suggestions?

I'd recommend ordering from Puritan's Pride. They have some great multi-vitamins and I think some geared towards ladies needs. Plus, they always have great discounts, like buy 2 get 3 free. I'll see if I can find their website.

Not according to the Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements. All of the Puritan's formulations were some of the lowest scoring, out of 500 tested.

I use AST's MultiPro 32X. I don't really know what else to say since you can't directly measure the effects of a multivitamin.

yes, but you can measure potency, bioavailabilty, quality of components, content, batch consistency, level of impurities/toxins, etc.
