5am - 3 scoops of Pro Mass ( CNP) 3/4 pint of skimmed milk

5:30am - oats, 6 egg whites, fruit

8:30am - 8oz steak, granary bread

10:30 - 8oz beef and pasta, bowl of fruit

12:30 - Fish, baked potato, salad

2:30pm - 1 chicken breast, oats, fruit

4:30pm - 3 scoops of Pro Mass 3/4 pint of skimmed milk

5:00pm - train

6pm - 3 scoops of Pro Mass 3/4 pint of skimmed milkl

7pm - 2 chicken breasts, potatoes, vegetables

9pm - 4 scoops of Pro mass 1 pint of water

Sleep

I drink around 6 - 7 litres through out the day
On non training days i wont have the pro mass at 4:30 or 6pm

Your diet looks remarkably similar to my old one. What are your goals? Gain /cut / maintainace? How do the macros work out? At a glance, I'd say that it was too low in fat, and you are sure going to plough through that promass fast! (i only take it once a day)

am growing and slowly stripping fat

be changed around end of august when go back onto bulking diet

i only take promass 4 x on training days other days its soon as i awake and last thing before bed.

dont you count your pro mass as a meal?

Also dont you feel your waiting to long after your workout to eat? Also you dont mention it (but you may do) knock back a shake after your workout?

Also how much you weigh etc do you know how much protein you take on and carbs and fat?

So your goal is to bulk and lose fat? sorry bit confussed as you say your growing and stripping fat

i train roughly from 5pm - 6pm,i have my pro mass straight after i train
meal 45 - 60mins after that depending what it is i am cooking

i am weight 268lbs at the moment, at 6ft 1"

i am stripping fat at moment but continue to grow ( i aint complaining)
when i bulk i just eat like a machine and grow grow grow

this is possible for him especially as he is not natty
