Age 23 and still wearing whitey-tighties?

Get some hanes boxer briefs or FTL's man.

Don't you think you should cut a bit more? You look about 14-15% bf.

good luck anyway

What are your stats as far as the Holy Trinity?

Are you talking Winter in Australia = December, January, February or Winter in Australia = June, July, August?

looking pretty good, but i'm also of the opinion that you should get the bf% a little lower before beginning a long bulk. and **** man, go out and get some boxers.

bahaha my misses loves me wearing those calvin klines! i own 72 pairs of boxers/briefs. I sweat too much in satin boxers, so i just wear cotton alot.
im talking about winter in australia, june/july/august
but im from tasmania (small south island of australia) and its cold here from about late march till late november.
im assuming the holy 3 are: curls, bench, legs?
eZ bar curl: 85lbs + bar.
dumbell press: 75lbs per arm.
leg press: 585lbs.

start training legs before you even think about bulking.

start training legs before you even think about bulking.

I second that. I did the most ******ed bulk in existence and I wasn't hitting my legs. The end result....more fat than I should have had and my legs looked skinny. Work your legs and you'll notice a difference.

Almost... it's curls, bench, and calf raises. Powerlifters practice these 3 the most for best overall size and strength gains.

Hahahhaha I'm sorry but I just thought it was funny. Don't let us scare you off.

well im training legs in my workout.
D'anconia, haha yeah no worries, I calf raise 450 (+my body weight) for sets of 10. so i guess my max would be 500 roughly. this is standing calf raise.

i just don't trust my dodgey knee with squatting, so im leg pressing.
and with the deadlifting, i can't seem to keep my back straightish, i keep naturally arching it.

I wouldn't bulk at such a high body fat, I would want to have less fat on me before a bulk.

That being said, your calves look great.
