current stats: 17, 5'4, 132, 5.5%bf
maxes: bench;195/ db bench;90x3/ squat; 315x6/ deadlift 275x6/ skull crusher; 105x6/ bb curl; 80x5

my goal is to get bigger, cuz strength doesn't matter since nobody'd believe my stats unless i get bigger. i wanna be 150 by the end of may, and cut b4 my freshman year of college starts.

current diet
5:15a microwavable (good protein, but a lot of sodium)
7:30 nlarge, 3 scoops w/ milk, sometimes w/ 80g dextrose and creatine
12:35 nlarge 3 scoops w/milk
3:30 nlarge 3 scoops w/ milk
5:00 cmf protein, 3 scoops w/ milk
7:00 rice, chicken, beef, some veggies
9:00 nlarge 3 scoops, w/ milk

this is what i use right now, and i know some mistakes in it, such as only 2 natural food meals!

You sure don't seem to eat much, how many calories is that total? Also, I am not into supps or whatever that is, so what is nlarge?

it's a meal replacement. i'm pretty frugal, so i like to save money by buying mrp's in bulk!

bad scheduling today, didn't have enough time to do calves. The deadlifts took a while cuz i got so tired, i felt i needed more rest (4min). i wanted to do 50 pullups, but my forearms and lats were tired from the deadlifts.

136 @ 8%bf, still 5'4:(

At least my deadlift went up 10lbs today. I did it off dymetadrine, which was pretty cool. I'm just paranoid about drug tests' error for a job i'm applying for. Seems scary to do squats and deadlifts w/o stimlulants; makes me REAL scared sometimes because of all that weight on my lower back.

today, i tried the niacin every 15 min thing. pretty cool, w/ the flush thing, but the rash was annoying. I hope it really boosts gh, cuz i need to grow taller!

134.5lb, 8%bf, still 5'4 (lost some water, maybe cuz it is in the morning)
ran out of nlarge! i'm using cmf (54g protein) by protein fact w/ 80g dextrose instead. I'm still sore from the deadlifts! my lats, traps, and lower back is so sore, i can't stand up straight without getting tired...

feel better, i think i'm cured. thank goodness for all the vitc i got.

my squats are slowly reapproaching 345, the highest i've ever done. I couldn't believe how much my squat went down because of staying too low in bf for wrestling (4-5%bf for almost six months). hopefully, in a month or two, i hope to be back with 345x3.

next week, i'm gonna start cutting (abcde diet) @ about 1500-1800cals.

even tho i'm 7%, my metabolism is already pretty high, considering never in my life have i gotten above 10%. i'm gonna cut for 1-2 weeks for the anabolic burst.

this week was horrible. didn't have time to lift, and now, i had a wisdom tooth surgically removed. i hope to do sth, at least, b4 i recover. this is the second operation this year!!! with all the time restraints, i'm gonna concentrate on upper body, since my legs are already ahead of everything. I'm also trying jiu-jitsu, freestyle and grecoroman wrestling now, so that'll be my cardio. i haven't eaten a single meal today, and now i'm like 132lbs. :mad:

You look way bigger than 133 or whatever you are. Good job. With your frame you would look really big with like 30 more lbs on ya!

thanx. yeah, i wanna post a pic, cuz a lot of ppl doubt my squat (345). look at my quads (the 3rd pic down). i hope to get a bigger back, cuz my shoulders don't stick out that much. i also hope to raise my bf, but my metabolism is too high and i can't find resources for a good diet. anything i should improve (i already know i need bigger calfs)?

My goodness you do not look 134lbs you look more like 150lbs & you are so lean congrats. Do you take supplements like Creatine because that can really help your size gains. Keep up the hard work, I assume from your post that you are in your senior year in High School and to look like that shows incredible discipline as most of the people I knew in hs didn't look like that. And don't worry about off days everybody has them. Just look ahead and think about following your training and eating.

OT: today, i got a letter from UC Berkeley, and got accepted! but for the spring 2002 semester, so i'll have to go take their extension program (or take the semester off!) b4 i'm actually admitted. i don't know why they're doing this: i got in, but i didn't. the thing that sucks is that my twin got in the fall 2001, and that makes things even more confusing for our parents financial and housing plans! Cal Day's next month, and i hope they have a good gym!

man, maybe it was the heavy lifting in the morning (to help my mom for groceries, no cart!), but my reps went down on bbcurl. for some reason, i did 90x3, but not 85x>3 :eek: .

my weight is going back up, after two surgeries and several illness... argh! I guess it'll take longer to get to 150 @10%.

man, i'm exhausted. i had a bad warm up and couldn't finish my workout for bench. for some reason, my lats are affected by db bench (last week, my lats were sore after chest day) and it seemed to affect my db bench today. skull crushers went up in reps.

i messed up my elbows, and they're hurting more than ever; maybe rest is imminent. i'm gonna stop doing excercises that uses the elbow movements, and probably limit my excercises to prominently squats and deadlifts. I'm also gonna take it easy on wrestling and jiujitsu practices.

what doesn't sound right? when i started lifting, i did both squats and bench (unlike most, who start doing bench b4 they try teh squat) so my squat is much higher than others in relation to my bench. also, my bench plateaued for a long time for some reason, but not my squat. i started off last year with a 95lb bench and 135lb squat.

my squat form is getting sloppy, so i decided to drop some lbs on it. i finally fixed it, and i hope to work back on 315 for some good reps. yesterday wasn't much of a workout, cuz i wasn't sore today.

??? it's not wrong to not go all the way down, cuz some ppl aren't as flexible, and if u go beyond ur limits, u can hurt ur shoulders. i go 90deg on teh elbows for lifting, but maxing out i go all the way down. however, i usually try to go as low as possible w/o hurting my elbows.

??? i can't believe u guys never heard of "injury." it's not like not going all the way down to my chest is adversely affecting my gains, right? when i max, i go all the way down (the reps hurt my shoulders more than the weight does), and it goes up every month when i max out, even when i train this way. so this method works for me w/o hurting myself.

i had to study for an AP test (i need to get a perfect on it or i won't get money from the gov't) and i had to take a subject A test for berkeley, which if i pass, i don't have to take a 6 unit writing class.

it was too overwhelming, and academics goes first, cuz lifting won't give me money or a phd.

my poundage and reps are constantly moving up, so I'm making gains. what's wrong w/ low volume?
I try few excercises cuz they are the ones that seem to work (long ago, i tried several exercises 2 see which ones worked best, ie. i saw more results from skull crushers than on cable pull downs or dips on triceps, so i dont do those, but keep the skull crushers).

man, did deads w/o belt! which shows belts don't help me lift more. it does seem that the lower back pain was due to hi pressure, so i had to decompress my vertebrae by holding onto a pullup bar for like 30sec. i think it's my lowerback muscle that i have to put direct work so it won't hurt anymore. i read somewhere that u should have thick abs and lower back so ;u have a natural weightbelt.

i use the ezcurls, they put less stress on my wrist, imo
