Goal here is to drop bodyfat im at about 19% here. 235 LB

Meal 1: 7 Egg Whites, 1 Yolk (40P), Two whole grain bread slices(40C). TBSP of natural pb with sesamin.

Meal 2: Whey Shake(50P), Dextrose (50C)

Meal 3: Chicken Breast(40P), Cup of Rice(35C) TBSP of PB with Sesamin.

Meal 4: Chicken Breast Sandwich. (40P, 40C)

Meal 5: Chicken Breast (40P)

Meal 6: Whey Shake (50P), TBSP of PB with Sesamin.

260 protein, 170 carbs, 36g of Fat
This is Mondays, Wed, and Fridays.
While Tuesday and Thursday I try to drop the carbs to 100 and below.

Where do you get Omega 3's ?

I guess i'll have to purchase some fish oil caps and replace some of the pb.
