Ok guys here is my info:

My current goal is to lose weight and improve my cardiovascular health.


The only thing I did not add to my fitday info is 1 Myoplex deluxe serving that I drink. It has 42 grams of protein.

Currently this has been my daily diet:

6:30 am
1 cup of whole bran grain cereal with skim milk,
3 blueberries,
1 cup of coffee No sugar.
2 Lipo 6 capsules, 1 multivitamin pill (centrum) and one veggie pill from GNC.

2 cups of water

On eggwhite veggie omelet
1 cup of coffe. No sugar


Salad with lettuce, onions, spinach, green peppers, red peppers, olive oil and grilled chicken breast.
1 diet pepsi.

2 cups of water.

1 Myoplex Deluxe (42 Grams of protein and 27 grams of nutrients).

Half hour of lifting heavy and at least 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise.
Half hour to 40 minutes on the bike.
Some days I switch to the elliptical instead of the bike.
2 cups of water.

8:00pm Dinner
Grilled chicken breast or salmon
With a green salad ( broccoli, lettuce, tomatoes, onions).
1 multivitamin pill (centrum) and one veggie pill from GNC.


1 Sugar free Gello or some peanuts.

This is basically how I have been eating every day.
Please let me know what you guys think of my diet and exercise plan.
Ive doing this for about 3 to 4 months and I have come down abou 51Lbs.
My Goal like I describe it above is to lose another 30 to 40 lbs.

My height is 5 6.
And my current weight is 235 lbs.

protien 120g

You have almost no protein in your first meal. Way too much fat in the diet, not enough protein, and I'd say your caloric intake is too high to lose fat at any decent rate.

Ok your cals look pretty good, BUT you need to get 1g/lb for protein, .5g/lb for fat, carbs just fill in to meet your cals.

NOW, your workouts are way too generic. Start here (http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=25) for your weightlifting. Its great to start out on. Also glad to see that your doing the cardio after weighlifting. I would go 45-1hr of weights, 15-20mins of cardio.

To add your myoplex shake, go to add custom foods and add all the macro's so get a better idea of the actual cals.
